Exchange Policy
We understand that finding the perfect fit is important.
Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange is applicable for:
• Size-related issues
• Incorrect product received
• Manufacturing defects
To be eligible for exchange:
• Product must be unused and unworn
• Product must be unwashed and free from stains/damage
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Exchange is subject to product availability
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in case of:
• Damaged product received
• Manufacturing defect
• Wrong item delivered
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order ID
• Clear product images/videos
• Issue details
Once verified, our support team will assist you with the return process.
Items Not Eligible For Return/Exchange
Return or exchange will not be accepted for:
• Products used, washed, or altered
• Products without original tags/packaging
• Damage caused after delivery
• Incorrect size selection after using the provided size chart
• Products purchased under final sale/clearance offers (if mentioned)
Quality Check Process
All returned products go through a quality inspection.
NXG FIT reserves the right to reject returns/exchanges if the product does not meet our policy requirements.
Refund Process
For approved returns:
• Refunds will be processed after successful quality verification
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method
• Refund completion may take 5–7 working days depending on your bank/payment provider
