At NXG FIT, every order is handled with care to ensure you receive premium quality products with a smooth shopping experience.
We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.
Order Cancellation
Customers can request order cancellation before the product has been processed or shipped.
Cancellation requests must be raised within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once your order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to our delivery partner, cancellation will no longer be available.
How To Cancel Your Order
To request cancellation, please contact our support team with your:
• Order ID
• Registered Email ID / Phone Number
• Reason for cancellation
Our team will review and assist you with the request.
Prepaid Order Refunds
For successfully cancelled prepaid orders:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refund processing may take 5–7 working days depending on your bank/payment provider
Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, we request customers to accept the delivery to maintain a smooth shopping experience.
Repeated cancellation of COD orders may affect future COD availability.
Order Cancellation By NXG FIT
NXG FIT reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Payment verification issues
• Delivery service limitations
If a prepaid order is cancelled from our side, a complete refund will be initiated.
